By using Ghostr, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

You may not use Ghostr to create, generate, or distribute content that:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or copyrights
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way

2.2 Harmful Content

• Promotes violence, terrorism, or physical harm
• Contains hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Encourages self-harm or suicide
• Bullies, harasses, or threatens individuals
• Contains graphic violence or gore

2.3 Deceptive Content

• Impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent
• Creates deepfakes intended to deceive or defame
• Spreads misinformation or disinformation
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-created when disclosure is required
• Fraudulent schemes or scams

2.4 Adult Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Content depicting sexual acts or nudity
• Content sexualizing minors in any form

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

3.1 Technical Abuse

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service excessively
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in our systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

3.2 Account Abuse

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free trials
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Sell, transfer, or rent your account to others
• Use stolen payment information or commit payment fraud

3.3 Commercial Abuse

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to build competing products
• Claim AI-generated music as being created by a different AI service
• Mass-generate content for spam or low-quality content farms

4. Voice Cloning and Personas

Our persona feature allows you to create custom AI voices. When using this feature:

• Own Voice: You may train personas using your own voice recordings
• Third-Party Voice: You must have explicit written consent from the voice owner
• Public Figures: Creating personas of public figures for parody or satire requires clear labeling as AI-generated and must comply with applicable laws
• Deceased Individuals: Respect estate rights and obtain necessary permissions

5. Intellectual Property

While using Ghostr:

• Do not upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Do not attempt to reproduce copyrighted songs note-for-note
• Do not use prompts designed to plagiarize specific artists' works
• Respect trademark rights when naming or branding your creations
• If you receive a takedown notice, comply promptly

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation:

• Automated Filters: Our systems automatically detect and block certain prohibited content
• Human Review: Flagged content may be reviewed by our trust and safety team
• User Reports: Users can report content that violates this policy

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform
• Feature Restriction: Access to certain features may be limited
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension pending investigation
• Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: We may pursue legal remedies for illegal activities

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, severity, and frequency of violations. We maintain sole discretion in determining appropriate action.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it:
